Abstract
Effect of patient perceptions of quality of service to visit the outpatient unit at the Hospital of Sri Pamela Cliff High in 2005 had done, where Sri Pamela Hospital as a limited company hospitalthree plantation archipelago. (PTP.N lll) that the hospital has an opportunity to make profit center, with the hope of increasing the frequency of patient visits for comparable public companies with the patient, expectations increased visits by 20% annually. This study aims to determine the influence of patient perception of the visit to the outpatient unit. ln 2004 the general patient visit as many as 2276 people while 24,166 people the company of patients. The respondents were public patients from the surrounding community hospitals rather than patients from the company and his family. The variables used in the study were patient perception of facilities, human resources, the applicable tariff and the process of hospital services. From the patient’sage limit between 30 to39years, female sex tingkat educated high school and the typeofworkhousewives who dominate the spectrum. Based on the variables examined as awhole is very influential on patient care.
