Responsibility of the Doctor in Implimenting the Medical Treatment in Indonesia and Malaysia

Abstract
A patient does not totally receive the medical treatment performed by him, especially if the medical treatment caused him to be disable or dead. The problem in this studi were 1. why physician malpractice occurred in Indonesia and Malaysia, 2. How was the rule of government in the implimintation of the medical practice act in Indonesia and Malaysia. The data were analyze ant heald t test. The result show that there are sicnificant difference between Indonesia and Malaysia Physician responsibilities in performing medical treatment.
