The Influence of Trust, Usability, and Perceived Ease of Use of Financial Technology on Student Behavior Intention of Economic Faculty, UISU Medan

Abstract

The problem formulations of study is: How is the influence of Trust, Usability and Perception of Ease Financial Technology Usages on Student Behavior Intention of Economic Faculty, UISU Medan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Trust, Usability and Perception of Ease Financial Technology Usages on Student Behavior Intention of Economic Faculty, UISU Medan. The population in this study was 332 students of semester 5 (five). The sample in this study were 77 students of semester 5 (five). By using descriptive data analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis, then: The Trust Variables partially have a positive influence on Student Behavior Intention of Economic Faculty, UISU Medan. The Usability variable partially has a positive influence on Student Behavior Intention of Economic Faculty, UISU Medan. The Perceived Ease of Use variable partially has an influence on Student Behavior Intention of Economic Faculty, UISU Medan. The variables of Trust, Usability and Perceived Ease of Use simultaneously had a positive influence on Student Behavior Intention of Economic Faculty, UISU Medan. The value of Determination in this study was 0.522. This shows that 52.2% of Behavioral Intentions variables can be explained by the variables of Trust, Usability and Perceived Ease of Use, the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors not done in the study.

THE INFLUENCE OF WORKING UNDER-PRESSURE TO GAIN THE COMPANY PROFIT AT PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES IN MEDAN, INDONESIA

ABSTRACT: In work, the working environment directly affects the work attitude and determine employee performance. The pleasant working environment makes a positive employee attitude and gives the impetus to work more diligently and better. Conversely, if the environment situation is not fun they tend to leave the environment. stress is a negative emotional experience that is experienced by individuals when facing the greater demands of his skill. The negative emotional experiences of individuals can be defined as the perceived negative affective state. Negative affective include: feelings of sadness, disappointment, anxiety, anger and depression. the educational staffs in most of universities in Medan City show that there are still many educational staff who refuse to change the culture within the organization, especially regarding the development of information technology as an opportunity for the educational staff to learn the improvement. Work stress affects the employees. This means that the higher of the work stress level is, the higher the employee performance is.

A Personal Working Attitude at Private Universities in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia

Abstract: It is good to work very hard…but it is not good enough! If that sweat and toil is not giving you the results you need then it has very little value. Try this definition of good performance…Doing (A) – the right activities. Getting (R) – the right results. Using (i) the right intentions, purpose, motivation etc.This is helpful because it is all about doing the right things and having the right approach. Lucky people can get good results…but not perform well. People can be unlucky (a product they are selling gets recalled) but demonstrate outstanding performance. You cannot simply judge people’s performance on sales results, production targets, click rates or staff turnover – judge performance on what they do and why they do it…in addition to the results they get. A personal working attitude does not affect the performance of the employees. This is because the educational staffs in most of universities in Medan City show that there are still many educational staff who refuse to change the culture within the organization.

PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN FORMAL DAN STATUS SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA DI SMP NEGERI 25 MEDAN

Abstrak Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah :Apakah ada pengaruh Pendidikan Formal terhadap Prestasi Belajar Anak di SMP Negeri II Medan, apakah ada pengaruh status sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 25 Medan, Apakah ada pengaruh pendidikan formal dan status social ekonomi masyarakat terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 25 Medan. Tujuan Penelitian adalah : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan formal terhadap prestasi belajar anak di SMP Negeri 25 Medan, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh status sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap prestasi belajar di SMP Negeri 25 Medan.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan formal dan status sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap prestasi belajar di SMP Negeri 25 Medan.hipotesis penelitian adalah : ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan formal terhadap prestasi belajar di SMP Negeri 25 Medan, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan status sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap prestasi belajar di SMP Negeri 25 Medan, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan formal dan status sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap prestasi belajar di SMP Negeri 25 Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang tua siswa , analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial pendidikan formal berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar anak, social ekonomi masyarakat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, secara simultan pendidikan formal dan social ekonomi masyarakat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa

ABSTRACT

The formulation of the problem of this research is as follows: How does health and safety affect (K3) to the employee’s performance at PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan?, how is the influence of leadership on the performance of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan employees? How does competency affect employee Kinarja? How does the working environment affect employee performance? How does occupational health and safety affect (K3) and leadership, competence, and working environment in the performance of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan employees? The objectives of this study are as follows: to know and analyze the impact of occupational health and Safety (K3), leadership, competence and working environment on the performance of employees of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan. The samples in this study amounted to 60 employees. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Based on research conducted on employees of PT. Air Asia Indonesia Medan, the results of research that occupational health and safety, leadership, competence and work environment are positively and significantly affected by employee performance.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (2) pengaruh kelelahan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (3) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (4) pengaruh konflik peran terhadap komitmen organisasional guru SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (5) pengaruh kelelahan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional guru SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (6) pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional guru SMP Negeri 2 Medan; (7) pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang guru. Metode analisis data dengan path analysis (analisis jalur). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konflik peran berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai ; (2) kelelahan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai ; (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; (4) konflik peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai ;(5) kelelahan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional (6) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai ; (7) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai .

The Moderating Effect Of Integrity On The Relationship Of Triangle Fraud Elements And Fraud: Evidence In Indonesia

Abstract: Purpose – This paper aims to identify the relationship between triangle fraud elements and fraud occurrence and to examine the effect of moderating integrity on its relationship with the triangle fraud element and fraud occurrence. Design/methodology/approach – Data are collected using the questionnaire distributed to Office executive in the Government of North Sumatra Province and the City Government of Medan totaling 189 people. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression and moderated regression analysis using an interaction approach. Finding – The results of this paper indicate that the triangle element of fraud (pressure, opportunity and rationalization) and integrity has a negative affects to the occurrence of fraud and there is a moderating influence on the relationship between the triangle fraud element and the occurrence of fraud. Research limitations/implications – This paper uses questionnaire that caused existence of bias personal, the analysis of this research only uses triangle fraud element and integrity, without considering other indicators. This research is performed at the Government of North Sumatra Province and also Medan City which cannot be generated to the other local governments in Indonesia. Practical implications – This study also has implications for fraud prevention models to prevent and reduce fraud in the Government, especially the Government of North Sumatra Province and Medan City Government. Originality/value – This paper contributes to the literature by investigating fraud using fraud triangle elements and integrity. Integration of integrity and fraud triangle elements will improve practitioners’ understanding and provide a model for all relevant parties to prevent and reduce fraud, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article was prepared on the background where the poor in North Sumatera are powerless and have no ability to place their position and role in government and development, whileefforts to empower the poor have not been optimally carried out by the North Sumatera Provincial government. This article was prepared to discuss ways to make the poor in North Sumatera powerless, and outline strategies and models to empower the poor in North Sumatera. The poor are powerless and the risk poses a factor of poverty, physical weakness, isolation, improvement, and powerlessness, the poor are not managed and tend to be left by the government, and are not liked by the community. The strategy for empowering the poor in North Sumatera can be carried out through the Need for Strengthening program, Strengthening Human Resources, Strengthening Institutions, Strengthening Access to Communication and Information, Strengthening Networks – Partnerships, and Strengthening Participation. While the effective model of Poor Community Empowerment in North Sumatera is an Advantage and Change Model (ACM)

Absorptive Capacity: As a Mediator between Social Capital and Supply Chain Resilience in the Textile Industry of Thailanda

Abstract

Absorptive capacity (ABC) develops the effectives of external resource for the consistent comparative advantage which in turn helps in the enhancement of supply chain resilience (SCR). ABS is considered as a crucial factor of SCR as it permits the success of obtaining, integrating, altering, and manipulating the external information. The existence of ABC is essential for turning the collude relationships into positive ending. The purpose of present study is to re-explore the relationship between social capital (SCK) and SCR by incorporating the mediating role of ABC. For this purpose, the study collected the data from 193 employees of textile industry. Data are collected through questionnaire. Study applies structural equational modeling (SEM) approach for analyzing the empirical results. study used measurement model for testing the reliability and validity of the data. study applied structural model for testing proposed hypotheses. Finally, path analysis is conducted for testing the direct and indirect relationship among variables. Results of the study showed the positive relationship between SCK and SCR. Results further show that this positive relationship is significantly mediated by ABC. Results of the study suggests that the managers of the firm should subsidize the social capital of firm through absorptive capacity. Study further suggests that the managers of the firm can collaborate with other firms, it will enhance the SCK, which in turn effect SCR positively.
