Tanggung Jawab Kontraktor Dalam Kontrak Kerja Pada Dinas Jalan dan Jembatan Kota Medan

The article is concered with responsibility of a contractor and the road and bridge service of Medan. The problem is about condition of agreement between the two sides. It must be obvious about the rule in case one them break the agreement. The method used in this research is normative yuridical research and descriptif research. the result of the research is that if there is the work os delayed of over time, the contractor must be find 1 % of contract value per day. The conclusion of the research is that in case the contractor break the agreement, it must be settled with the compromise that show case meeting with the owner followed with test case.
